Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boxing Coach on a contract basis to lead training sessions, grow client relationships, and represent Strength Clinic Academy with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coach boxing techniques and training sessions effectively for recreational or competitive clients to improve their skills and fitness
• Manage and grow a personal client base independently to increase session bookings and client retention
• Communicate clearly and build strong interpersonal relationships with clients to enhance their training experience
• Represent Strength Clinic Academy professionally by adhering to brand standards, including uniform requirements during sessions
• Collaborate with us to accept referred clients and deliver sessions at the facility under standard pricing and revenue-sharing arrangements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant coaching certification in boxing or related disciplines preferred to enhance training quality and client trust

Estimated Earnings

• 30 to 40 sessions/month: SGD 2,000 to 2,800/month (varies based on sessions conducted)
