Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join their retail banking team. • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management strategies.
• Drive branch performance through targeted sales initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and personalized financial solutions.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze financial reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products.
