The Role

We believe that beauty lives in the details, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for craft, social purpose, and story-led experiences. If you are a fresh graduate, love wearing many hats, get energised by face-to-face conversations, and enjoy turning creative ideas into real-world activations, this role is made for you. You’ll work closely alongside our Brand Owner, bringing Eden + Elie to life across our physical store in Duxton, at pop-ups and more.

What You’ll Do

1. Events & Pop-Ups

• Help plan, style, set up, and host our markets, fairs, and pop-up activations.

• Represent the brand by engaging shoppers, sharing our artisan story and social mission, and creating warm brand experiences on-site.

• Coordinate vendor details, permits, and timelines so events run smoothly from setup to teardown.

• Capture key learnings, footfall trends, and aesthetic event photos for our brand archives.

2. Marketing

• Roll out point-of-sale materials, signage, and local promotional assets for our physical footprint.

• Capture spontaneous, aesthetic on-the-ground photos and short clips for our social and email channels.

• Be in the know about cool neighborhood events, local tie-ins, and foot traffic drivers.

3. Partnerships & Collaborations

• Be the friendly first point of contact for inbound partnership, wholesale, and brand collaboration inquiries.

• Maintain a tracker for active conversations, sample sends, and agreements as required.

• Flag exciting or time-sensitive opportunities directly to the Brand Owner.

4. Stockist Relationships

• Visit our stockist locations to keep our jewelry displays styled, fresh, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Check inventory levels, refresh collateral, and build positive relationships with stockist managers and staff.

About You

• You are warm, confident, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.

• You are organised and structured, and excel in keeping projects on track without letting things slip through the cracks.

• You are proactive and can take initiative on agreed goals, while thriving in regular check-ins and close collaboration with the Brand Owner.

• You are digitally savvy and comfortable using Canva, social media, phone photography, MS Word and Excel.

• You are flexible about working occasional weekends or event-based hours (with time off in lieu).

• You are a recent graduate who is eligible to work in Singapore. Prior experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
