• Position Title: QAQC Manager
• Working Location: Based at project site
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 8,500 + Discretionary Bonus + Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee effective in-process quality control systems across approximately 7 ongoing condominium projects
• Promote and implement best practices in quality control across multiple projects to ensure consistency and compliance
• Lead project teams in the preparation and execution of QM and CONQUAS assessments, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality standards
• Perform daily QA/QC inspections to ensure site compliance with quality standards
• Compile and submit monthly QA/QC reports to the Corporate QA/QC Department
• Conduct monthly QA/QC training sessions for subcontractors to reinforce quality standards and best practices
• Issue non-compliance reports (NCRs) to subcontractors and follow up on corrective actions
• Attend monthly QA/QC meetings and presentations with the Corporate QA/QC Department
• Carry out regular inspections to verify that works are executed in accordance with approved method statements, BCA’s Good Industry Practice, and client/consultant requirements
• Coordinate with BCA for CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) assessments; act as the key liaison for quality-related matters with clients and consultants, especially regarding CONQUAS scoring
• Collaborate closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction activities meet CONQUAS standards, provide technical guidance on quality requirements, and deliver training where necessary

• Degree preferably background in either architectural or structural disciplines
• Min. of 5 years’ experience as a QAQC Manager or Assistant QAQC Manager with an A1-grade main building contractor
• Must have BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate
• Experience in handling Quality Mark assessments or certification processes is a plus
• Solid understanding of construction quality control and assurance practices
