• Position Title: Project Engineer
• Working Location: Site-based (Office location at Kallang)
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and support the overall execution of assigned projects.
• Monitor and ensure project schedules are on track to meet planned timelines and deliverables.
• Handle and coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and process monthly progress claims for submission in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend site meetings, discussions, and coordination sessions as required.
• Track project developments closely and provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
• Assist in resolving site issues and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external parties.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a Project Engineer or similar role is preferred.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
