YOUR NEW ROLE

• Regulatory Change, Analysis, Governance and Stakeholder Management: Engage with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to capture requirements, assess regulatory impacts, and translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, data, and technical specifications. Perform end-to-end analysis across applications, interfaces, data flows, controls, and reporting platforms, including data lineage investigations, reconciliation reviews, and identification of reporting gaps or data quality issues.
• Technology Delivery, Solution Development, Testing and Production Support: Manage the technology book of work, delivery priorities, implementation milestones, and regulatory reporting change initiatives while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Contribute to the design, build, and enhancement of regulatory reporting platforms, delivering scalable and robust solutions that improve reporting efficiency, controls, and regulatory compliance.
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Experience of working in finance environments within both technology and operations teams
• 8+ years’ experience as a Technology Analyst, Techno-Functional BA, Systems Analyst, or Change Analyst within financial services, preferably supporting regulatory reporting, operations, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong regulatory reporting and data analysis experience, including transaction reporting concepts (UTI, UPI, CDE, lifecycle events), data lineage analysis, reconciliation investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting controls.
