Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support operationa lsystems and business processes within a large-scale resort servicesenvironment. This role focuses on system enhancements, operational support, issue analysis, and process improvement initiatives across resort services applications and operational platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational understanding together with hands-on experience working with business users, technical teams, and vendors to support day-to-day operations and system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process workflows
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and operational changes
• Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams

Resort Services Systems Support

• Support resort services operational systems and related business applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot system and operational issues
• Support operational workflows related to guest services, bookings, service requests, scheduling, or related resort operations
• Ensure operational processes and system configurations align with business requirements

System Enhancement & Delivery

• Coordinate and support system enhancement and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with technical teams on issue resolution and solution implementation
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities
• Participate in defect analysis, root cause investigation, and operational issue resolution

Testing & Documentation

• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Maintain documentation for operational procedures, issues, and system changes
• Support user training and knowledge transfer activities where required

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with operations users, vendors, and IT stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project progress, operational issues, and risks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across resort services operations

Requirements

Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Application Support Analyst in operational system environments
• Experience supporting operational workflows and enterprise applications
• Exposure to system enhancement, UAT, or production support activities preferred

Functional & Technical Skills

• Good understanding of operational support processes and incident management
• Experience supporting enterprise or operational systems
• Exposure to system integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with troubleshooting application and operational issues

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments

Good to Have

• Experience in hospitality, resort operations, guest services, or entertainment environments
• Exposure to booking, service management, or guest operations systems
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
