Our client is a Global Provider of integrated value chain management solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Development Executive/Manager (Printing, Packaging, Publishing)to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and execute follow-up strategies to maximize account growth.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customer enquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and fulfilment of client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
