BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is hungry for business success - we’ve all got to eat! In this role, you will get hands-on experience pitching media concepts to potential clients, conducting market research on behalf of brands and organisations, and support the coordination of content creation projects. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and partners, especially in the charity and social sectors.

Allowance: $800 per month

Format: Hybrid

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source and prospect potential clients through tendering opportunities
• Craft proposals with suggested strategies and directions for projects and campaigns
• Prepare agreements/invoices for brands
• Assist in ideation, content planning and executions regarding social media and video production
• Be involved in company meetings and events
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD 

• Be currently studying for a diploma or degree in any field.
• Possess strong writing and communication skills.
• Have an excellent understanding of the new media, content, and social media industries.
• Act as a strong negotiator, who has a knack for understanding what people want.
• Be a team player, and a joy to be around.
• Demonstrate an interest in learning about sales, business development, brand partnerships, or content creation businesses.
