A leading retail group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support its operations team. This role focuses on analysing data, optimising processes, and managing vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational and sales data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Track store sales, KPIs, and commission/incentive payouts.

• Liaise with agencies/vendors to manage Brand Ambassadors and operations.
• Handle permits, airport pass renewals, invoices, and other admin tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Travel Retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
