Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting
• Position Title: Business Transformation Consultant
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
• Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Review and document current business processes to understand user needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyse data to identify the root causes of organisational issues.
• Analyse, plan, and implement process improvements to improve information systems, operations, and product quality.
• Develop performance metrics to support process management and identify future improvement opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to recommend suitable process re-engineering practices and ensure improvement initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in business process modelling, process design, requirements management, and project management.
• Experience with business process re-engineering methods and techniques, preferably within the technology industry.
• Experience using Agile methods to prioritise and define requirements through an iterative approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• LEAN and Six Sigma training is an advantage.
