Responsibilities :

  • Assist in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for the customers, consistent with their expectations of a premium brand
  • Ensure all internal and external customers have accurate and timely information
  • Channel feedback and enquiries for service enhancement and matters in the shortest possible time
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and emails; attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
  • Plan and manage the schedule of Customer Service Technical Team
  • Generate and process service reports, quotations and invoices
  • Follow up and respond to all open (pending/outstanding) service jobs
  • Work closely with other departments and provide support in administrative duties when necessary

Requirements :

  • Working experience in Call Centre preferably
  • Experience in house hold appliances will be added advantages
