• Position Title: Car Mechanic
• Working Location: Kranji
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sat 9am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Salary $2,200 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to find issues or potential problems.
• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate different vehicle systems.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Replace or repair parts to prevent major breakdowns.
• Use tools and equipment to identify and fix mechanical and electrical problems.
• Analyze error codes and data to accurately identify issues.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues, including wiring, starter, alternator, and electronic system problems.
• Inspect, repair, or replace brake components, including pads, rotors, calipers, and brake lines.
• Resolve suspension system issues for better vehicle handling and comfort.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

• Minimum O level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in Automotive Technology
• 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle inspection, diagnostics, and repair is preferred (car, van and lorry).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use diagnostic tools effectively.
• Commitment to following safety protocols at all times.
• Has class 3 and class 4 driving license is an advantage.
