• Position Title: Welder Technician
• Working Location: Seletar
• Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Thursday (8.30AM – 6.30PM), Friday (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + Attendance Allowance + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding to repair and refurbish components according to quality standards
• Support workshop operations including benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, and cold working processes
• Attend safety and environmental training and follow workplace safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement activities and team initiatives to improve work processes
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

• O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent qualification in Precision Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding or similar welding work
• Willing to learn different welding techniques and processes
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures
• Able to work carefully when using tools and equipment
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering environments is an advantage
• Welding certification from recognised training providers will be an advantage
