Catering Operations Manager / Business Development Manager | Up to $7,500 | Tuas

Are you an experienced Catering Operations or Business Development professional looking to lead new business growth? Join a dynamic F&B team and play a key role in expanding catering operations, developing client relationships, and driving successful project implementations.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: $5,500 – $7,500/month (commensurate with experience)

📍 Work Location: Tuas (Mobile-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying and evaluating new catering opportunities

• Develop and present catering proposals and customised business solutions to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers

• Lead the setup of new catering operations, including outlet planning, renovation, equipment procurement, and operational readiness

• Work closely with catering operations, central kitchen, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and daily operations

• Review operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality

• Manage project implementation from planning through operational launch

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B or catering industry

• Strong understanding of the Singapore catering landscape and key customer accounts

• Experience in institutional catering, industrial catering, or large-scale food service operations

• Hands-on experience in setting up catering operations, new outlets, or business expansion projects

• Strong business development, operations management, and project management skills

• Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal writing abilities

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently
