• Industry/ Organization Type: Secondary and Post-Secondary Education (Non-Tertiary)
• Position Title: Chemistry Teacher (IB Middle Years/Diploma Programme)
• Working Location: One-North (5 mins from Buona Vista MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry, Biology, or Physics for the Middle and/or Senior School in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years and/or Diploma Programme.
• Create and design relevant worksheets and provide regular consultation to students.
• Develop and design both formative and summative assessments.
• Grade student work and compile results, then evaluate to identify areas for improvement.
• Track and report on student performance and progress.
• Prepare for unit assemblies and organize one unit exhibition per year.
• Organize and conduct school curricular and extracurricular activities as assigned.
• Provide guidance and motivation to students to help them achieve their goals.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Professional Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience teaching H2, HL, or SL Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.
• Experience in IB education is preferred.
