RAINTREE Cleaning is presently seeking part time cleaning crew for a pleasant and conducive working environment.

Basic requirements and knowledge:

a. Preferably equipped with relevant WSQ cleaning certificates (regardless of levels), or cleaning experiences.

b. Good knowledge of cleaning methods and able to use basic cleaning equipment and tools.

c. Good knowledge of using different types of cleaning chemicals for an effective cleaning results.

d. SGP/PR/LTVP holders are encouraged to apply.

The job scope are as follows:

1. Main roles & responsibilites are:

• Clean washrooms and maintain its cleanliness and hygiene.
• Sweep and mop office hard floors.
• Sweep and mop stairways and main lobby areas routinely.
• Wipe office tabletops, indoor windows panels, main glass doors and door knobs/handles.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces of fixtures and furnitures.
• Wipe and sanitize common high touch surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of pantry areas and spaces.
• Dispose trashes daily and replacing its plastic liner.
• Any other light ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Personalities:

• Approachable, responsible and has a positive attitude.
• Professional, happy and cheerful disposition.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous to details.

3. Working hours and location:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday).
• Working hours 4hrs/day.

 每日清理垃圾并更换垃圾袋。

 完成主管安排的其他临时轻便工作。

2. 个人素质：

 亲切、负责且态度积极；具备专业、开朗与愉悦的心态。

 能够独立工作，无需过多监督。

 注重细节，细心认真。

3. 工作时间与地点：

 工作日（周一至周五）。

 每天工作 4 小时。

 裕廊区（最近的地铁站为 Joo Koon 陆路交通枢纽/地铁站）。
