We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As we scale, we are looking for a Client Service Team Lead to deliver quality client and candidate service, lead a high-performing team and drive business growth for the next phase of expansion.
Key responsibilities
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and customer service process, ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
Drive the team's performance to achieve recruitment and business objectives.
Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing of the team's KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals
Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to management
Duties
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management
At least 3 years of leadership / supervisory experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
