As a Client Experience Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and attentive experience.
• Guide clients through their appointments and explain the next steps in their healthcare journey.
• Coordinate appointments and support smooth daily clinic operations.
• Assist doctors with room preparation and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment documentation.
• Follow up on reports, invoices, appointment confirmations, and client requests.
• Monitor appointment flow and proactively communicate any scheduling changes.
• Ensure consultation rooms and client-facing areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinic operations, customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front-desk environments.
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness centre, aesthetic clinic, luxury service, or hospitality setting will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Service-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to S$3,500 per month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Incentives
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working Hours: Rostered schedule
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Orchard
