Role Description

  • Handle billing functions, including verifying patients’ details, past invoices, appointment records, and payment history using Clinic Assist and Salesforce systems
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, operating theatre bookings, ward admissions, and other related arrangements
  • Manage patient enquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Advise patients on the availability of cashless payment options for their visits
  • Submit insurance claims through various insurance portals
  • Perform e-filing of patient records and manage patient communications
  • Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently during minor surgical procedures
