Customer Service Clerk

  • To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
  • To promptly to customers' in-coming calls and issue orders.
  • Doing the quotations based on customers' requirements and follow up on quotations.
  • Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
  • Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.

Working hours: Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5pm ; Alt Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
