We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard
Contract Duration: 3 Months, until end Dec 2026
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500/month (No CPF)

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (working hours may be staggered)
Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 7:00am – 4:00pm / 8:00am – 5:00pm / 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm / 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk registration and schedule medical appointments
• Dispense medications and consumables
• Handle payment collection and ensure accurate cash handling
• Perform error-free results entry into the CMS system
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Conduct monthly stock-taking of medications and consumables
• Assist doctors with treatments and medical examinations
• Maintain the clinic in a clean and tidy condition
• Attend in-house training and courses for self-development
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
