Job Summary

Solo GP clinic in Yishun seeks an experienced Clinic Assistant to manage daily counter operations and medication dispensing with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and handle daily counter duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Dispense medications accurately following prescriptions to maintain patient safety
• Process CHAS claims efficiently to support patient subsidies
• Use Clinic Assist software proficiently to update patient records and manage appointments
• Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin with patients and staff to provide excellent service
