CLINIC ASSISTANT
Location: Orchard Road, Singapore
MEL & PARTNERS DRS PTE LTD is looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Register patients and manage patient appointments.
Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors.
Handle billing, cashless payments and cash transactions.
Operate and maintain the clinic's patient management software.
Assist with the smooth daily operations of the clinic.
Provide courteous, friendly and professional service to patients.
Requirements
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Friendly, patient and courteous when dealing with patients.
Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
Comfortable using computers and clinic management software.
Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
