Job Scope

- Update and maintain clinical systems to track study and site compliance within project timelines.

Prepare, distribute, file, and archive clinical documents and reports.

Review study files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing.

Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), data queries, and clinical data flow.

Support regulatory submission preparation, safety report handling, and other project logistics.

Assist with project finance activities, including expense and invoice preparation, tracking, and site payment administration.

Serve as a central coordination point for project communications with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Support project meetings, documentation, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or related discipline
- Training provided
