As a Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with customers, provide product expertise, and drive meaningful solutions across the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned territory performance by achieving business objectives and sales targets across promoted products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing customer accounts.
• Manage the complete customer engagement journey, from initial introduction and product evaluation to implementation and training.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product portfolios and effectively communicate product value and benefits.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service education for customers.
• Support customers in product usage and ensure effective adoption of solutions.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive account management and market engagement.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives and business development activities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, reports, and business updates.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or related healthcare discipline.
• Valid SNB practising certification.
• Strong interest in transitioning clinical knowledge into healthcare solutions and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Individuals with strong involvement in team-based activities or leadership experiences will be advantageous.
