Responsibilities:

  • Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
  • Perform research and understand clients well
  • Source for suitable candidates via networking, advertising, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
  • Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
  • Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 Years in Healthcare Sector OR proven experience in Recruitment
  • Candidates who are flexible, adaptive, willing to learn and improve, driven, and independent will have a distinct advantage
