Support commercial operations and business coordination activities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets
Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Coordinate closely with technical/project teams to support proposal preparation and delivery timelines
Assist in preparing commercial documents including proposals, pricing inputs, and contract-related materials
Participate in client discussions, presentations, and business meetings
Support marketing and business development initiatives including events and promotional activities
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by managementDegree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
Experience in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or technical industries is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
Willing to travel when required
Requirements:
8–10 years experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management
Experience in precision engineering, optics, photonics, semiconductor, or medical device industries preferred
Strong ability in solution selling and technical discussions
Good commercial and negotiation skills
Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Comfortable engaging senior-level clients
Regional travel required when needed
