Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and service providers
Prepare shipment documents, invoices, and packing lists
Track customer payments and manage supplier payments
Support sourcing orders and maintain records
Handle basic office issues and supplies
Manage mail, phone calls, and office events
Assist with exhibitions and team activities
Support filing, insurance renewals, and health screenings
Requirements:
1–2 years of logistics experience, ideally with shipping documentation
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
A team player with good communication skills
