Commercial & Proposal Management – 50%

• Identify, develop, quote, and support the closure of sales opportunities in line with business objectives.
• Prepare commercial proposals covering scope, pricing and contractual terms and conditions.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations, validate costs, and develop accurate commercial calculations.
• Work with the Legal team to review contractual terms and prepare proposed deviations where required.
• Conduct commercial risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Work with the Sales team to develop practical sales strategies based on market trends and business opportunities.
• Participate in negotiations with customers and vendors on scope, pricing, and contractual terms.

Customer,Vendor & Stakeholder Management – 20%

• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders on sales status, progress, execution strategy, and key developments.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on commercial opportunities.

Business & Project Support – 15%

• Support cross-functional teams in service business activities and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in service business audits and other relevant process reviews.
• Support compliance activities, including export control requirements.
• Coordinate with the Administration team on purchase orders to vendors and customer invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Support the Project Team in project and service execution activities.

Strategy & Business Development – 10%

• Participate in meetings and discussions relating to project and service strategies, business expansion and new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and expand the customer base.
• Compile lessons learned and shared relevant insights with internal business teams.

Marketing& Market Research – 5%

• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote service products and solutions.
• Conduct market research and provide updates on relevant competitor and technology developments within the power industry.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned in accordance with business needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in commercial proposals, sales support, tendering, project coordination, contract management, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the power, energy, engineering, or industrial sector would be an advantage.
