Our client is a major sports television network based in Singapore that broadcasts across Southeast Asia. The network is the primary broadcaster for major global sporting events such as Motorsports, Tennis &Golf. They are based in Central Region - near Bugis MRT.

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

Developing partnership proposals, supporting client presentations, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising and sponsorship initiatives. This role is suited for an individual that enjoys fostering long-term client relationships, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and executing integrated sponsorship campaigns across television and digital platforms.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, and other key stakeholders in alignment with the sponsorship ecosystem of SPOTV's sports rights portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and business partners to strengthen brand visibility and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Develop media kits, campaign proposals, and presentation materials that effectively showcase SPOTV's advertising solutions.
  • Support the commercial sales process from proposal through to successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to negotiate, prepare, and execute partnership agreements and marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns and partnership activations.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure advertising and partnership initiatives support overall business goals.
  • Liaise with creative teams to ensure all campaign assets and deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports covering campaign performance, revenue generation, partnership outcomes, and client feedback.
  • Manage advertising and partnership budgets while maintaining cost efficiency and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising, sponsorships, media partnerships, account management, or client servicing.
  • Prior experience within sports media, broadcasting, OTT platforms, digital media, media agencies, or sports marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience developing proposals, presentations, media kits, and managing advertising or sponsorship campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
