This is a temporary monthly-rated position attached to a Community Club in the Central. Location: Potong Pasir/Woodleigh area 

Duration: 01 year

Job Scope

-Manage customer care counter operations and attend to residents’ enquiries
-Process counter-related transactions and documentation
-Provide administrative support for daily operations
-Assist in coordinating and supporting events as required
-Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
-Maintain organised counter area and ensure service standards are met

Requirements

-Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications
-Strong communication skills 
-Customer service orientation with professional demeanour
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Basic administrative and organisational skills

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Sunday, 5 day week on rotating shifts
9am to 6.30pm or 12.30pm to 10pm
Off day & Rest day: 2 days per week,  one weekday and one weekend off
