1. Project Planning &Execution

·       Lead end-to-end planningand execution of residential and/or government construction projects

·       Develop and maintaindetailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes

·       Coordinate resourcesfrom pre-construction through completion and handover

·       Manage and guide projectteams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, andsupport staff

·       Manage subcontractors,suppliers, and vendors
