Contract / Employment Type: 3 Months Contract, Renewable
Salary: $10/hour
Location: Toa Payoh North
Working Hours:
- 4–5 working days per week
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day
- Shift timings include 8:30am – 6:15pm, 9:30am – 7:15pm, 10:15am – 8:00pm or 11:00am – 8:45pm
- Somedays can be half day
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with customers on appointments
- Respond to general enquiries
- Provide basic information and customer support
- Update call outcomes and customer records in the system
- Perform backend administrative duties
- Support day-to-day clinic operations as required
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries over the phone
