💼 Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries
• Process customer and service orders using ERP / SAP systems
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices
• Coordinate job scheduling, equipment receipt/return and deliveries
• Liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers
• Monitor open orders, stock availability and unbilled transactions
• Support service contracts, rentals, spare parts and renewals
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and engineer dispatch
• Support inventory planning and general service administration
📝 Requirements
• Min. diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline
• SAP experience required; SAP DW1 / Service Module experience highly preferred
• Engineering, medical device or technical service industry experience advantageous
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple orders independently
