We are hiring Contract Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement (ESP) Category Manager – Junior to be outsourced to our clients from reputable organisations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Understand business requirements and the background of purchases.
• Lead the end-to-end procurement process by collaborating across different teams, including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.
• Support stakeholders throughout the procurement process, including development of procurement documents, management of the tender process, contracting and finance-related operations.
• Develop negotiation strategies to extract the best value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks.
• Enter and maintain accurate records of procurement activities in relevant systems such as INFOmatch, SAP and Coupa.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong project and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity and experience in category management, procurement and sourcing, contract and commercial negotiation, financial management and contract management.
• Strong change management, risk management and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement management systems and tools.
• Experience with INFOmatch, SAP or Coupa would be an advantage.
• High technology aptitude, results-oriented and a strong team player.
• Able to commit to contract duration: 12 months, renewable.
