Finance Admin #HMS
3–6 months contract

Location: One Marina Boulevard
Nearest MRT: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm

Salary
Min Under Diploma / O Level / A Level – $10/hr
Min Diploma Holder – $11/hr
MIn Undergraduate – $12/hr
Min Degree Holder – $15/hr

Team:
The temp staff will be supporting the Shared Services Unit (SSU) team and must be comfortable working in a shared services environment, supporting multiple smaller union entities.

Job Scope:

Job Purpose
To support the Shared Services Unit in performing basic accounting and administrative tasks for multiple unions, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and timely support to the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing for assigned unions
• Perform data entry of receipts and payments into the accounting system
• Process invoices according to SOP and follow up when required
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper e-filing and e-documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Assist with month-end closing support tasks
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the team
