• Support office relocation activities and coordinate with vendors/stakeholders
• Scan and digitalise employee p-files
• Update employee records in HRIS
• Assist with training coordination and registrations
• Support employee engagement activities
• Handle general office administration duties

• Prior HR/Admin experience preferred
• Comfortable with administrative and coordination work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
