💼 Responsibilities
• Support laboratory operations including sample, raw material and inventory management
• Handle purchasing, billing and laboratory expenditure tracking
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and sample discrepancies
• Coordinate sample management and resolve discrepancies with clients
• Support vendor and supplier coordination
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Support SOP updates, digitisation and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and internal / external audits
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO/IEC 17025, PIC/S and data integrity requirements

📝 Requirements
• Min. diploma / Higher NITEC / ITE or related qualification
• Inventory, purchasing, billing or logistics experience preferred
• Min. 2 years of experience in a cGMP or ISO 17025 regulated laboratory advantageous
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
