• ·       Lead and manage the ID& MEP Quantity Surveying (QS) team.
• ·       Oversee all commercialand contractual matters for A&A, Interior Design (ID), and MEP projects.
• ·       Prepare, review, andevaluate tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.
• ·       Develop project budgets,cost plans, and monitor project expenditure.
• ·       Administer maincontracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractualterms.
• ·       Review and negotiatesubcontractor quotations and award recommendations.
• ·       Prepare and assessvariation orders, progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• ·       Monitor project costsand identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and projectrequirements.
• ·       Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and Project Managers on contractual andcommercial matters.
• Job Requirements
• ·       Bachelor's Degree orDiploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, CivilEngineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• ·       Minimum 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in Quantity Surveying and contract administration withinthe construction industry.
• ·       At least 2 years ofexperience leading a QS team.
