💼 Responsibilities
• Design equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes
• Develop and execute experiments, testing and validation protocols
• Analyse validation results and prepare technical reports and recommendations
• Develop work instructions, training materials and manufacturing documentation
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development
• Support automation and process technology projects
• Gather validation data and support deployment of manufacturing technologies
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing risks and issues
• Support Industry 4.0 / 5.0, robotics, AI and digitalisation initiatives
📝 Requirements
• Min. degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong Python and Power BI skills required
• Experience with other programming languages required
• C# programming knowledge advantageous
• Strong automated equipment troubleshooting knowledge
• Industry 4.0 / 5.0 project experience such as robotic programming or AI-assisted programming preferred
• Robotics foundation models, VLM, VLA and LLM industrial application experience advantageous
• Knowledge of GMP / Good Documentation Practices in a medical device environment preferred
• CAD and MS Project experience advantageous
• Understanding of statistical techniques and manufacturing engineering principles
• FDA medical device regulatory knowledge advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
