CONTRACT RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE, JEWELLERY

This November, we’re bringing the BLACK SHEEP world to life at a four-day retail event and looking for a small, experienced team to represent us on the floor. If you get the brand, love connecting with people and know how to sell without the hard sell, we want to meet you.

THE ROLE - Your role is to create genuine connections, bring our collections to life and guide customers confidently from curiosity to purchase, while keeping the experience effortless.

You’ll:

 • Welcome and engage customers naturally
• Understand what they’re looking for and recommend pieces confidently
• Help customers style and try on pieces
• Learn our collections and communicate their stories in your own words
• Recognise when to engage, when to give someone space and when to close
• Introduce complementary pieces naturally where appropriate
• Process purchases, payments and packaging accurately
• Support stock, replenishment and booth presentation
• Stay proactive and work calmly with the team during busy periods

REQUIREMENTS

 • Minimum two years of customer-facing retail sales experience, with direct responsibility for recommending products and closing sales
• Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations
• Confident selling without becoming pushy
• Clear, confident spoken English
• Comfortable handling POS systems, payments and customer transactions
• Reliable, punctual and calm in a fast-paced event environment
• Available across 19–22 November 2026, including event preparation, and for mandatory paid pre-event training
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, premium retail or event sales is preferred. 

Traditional luxury retail experience is not required. We care about your ability to connect, communicate and sell.

COMPENSATION

• From S$18/hour, depending on experience

• Paid pre-event training
