We are hiring Contract Supply Assurance Buyer to be outsourced to our clients from reputable organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Execute MRP supply, forecasts and exception reports to suppliers in a timely manner.

* Ensure supplier delivery commitments meet production requirements.

* Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to support production needs.

* Manage and resolve quality notifications, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipts and invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.

* Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to established procedures.

* Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise inventory holding.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

Manufacturing experience in electronics, mechanical, biotechnology or microelectronics environments would be advantageous.

SAP ERP experience is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Able to commit to working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm.

Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year.
