Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to lead our contracts team in managing tendering, contract administration and work closely with procurement team for electrical engineering projects. Reporting to the Head of Contracts Department, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient contract execution for data center builds and commercial developments. This position requires a strong understanding of the Singapore construction and engineering landscape, including local procurement laws and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, including subcontracts, supply agreements, and variation orders for electrical systems in data centers and commercial projects.
• Lead tender processes by compiling tender documents, evaluating supplier proposals, and ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and manage change orders to minimize delays and cost overruns in compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, including electrical engineers, procurement team, and site managers, to resolve contractual disputes and facilitate smooth project handover.
• Maintain contract documentation, including records of payments, insurance certificates, and performance bonds, using digital tools for efficient tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments on contracts, identifying potential liabilities related to electrical installations, safety standards, and supply chain disruptions in the Singapore market.

Job Requirements
