A senior corporate secretariat opportunity within a large, complex group environment. This role suits someone who is hands-on with governance execution, confident supporting senior boards/stakeholders, and comfortable leading a small team while keeping standards and timelines tight.

What you’ll do

Manage end-to-end corporate secretariat support across a portfolio of entities within a group

Maintain statutory books and registers, oversee statutory compliance and filings (incl. BizFile+)

Support board/committee meetings: agenda coordination, papers, minutes, action tracking

Draft clear reports and ensure decisions are communicated to relevant stakeholders

Monitor regulatory changes and translate updates into practical governance actions

Liaise with regulators and external advisers where needed

Supervise/review team output to ensure quality, accuracy, and deadlines are met

Support corp sec aspects of projects and transactions (including M&A / restructuring workstreams)

Board portal exposure helpful (Viewpoint is a plus)

What we’re looking for

CSIS qualification is essential

12+ years relevant corporate secretariat experience (group setting preferred)

Listed company experience is a strong advantage

Strong English drafting and minute-taking, organised, able to multi-task under pressure
