Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the national sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Transform the commercial approach from traditional product selling to customer-centric, solution-based partnerships.
  • Drive sales performance through strategic pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and successful execution of major bids and projects.
  • Develop and coach internal and external sales teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts to strengthen long-term growth.
  • Champion CRM adoption and sales enablement initiatives to improve transparency, productivity, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen competitive positioning.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial sales
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Local role
