Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to find suitable Sales Administrator candidates for migrant domestic workers.

What you’ll do

Handle customer calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp enquiries, and pass them to the right consultant

Schedule interviews and appointments, and follow up with customers

Enter and update customer and case records accurately

Prepare and organise biodata, documents, forms and PDFs

Keep case files in Google Drive in order

Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination

What we’re looking for

Organised, careful and strong on detail

Friendly and patient with customersPossession of a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is advantageous; training and sponsorship may be provided

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support, with prior maid agency experience preferred

Fluency in English and a second language to support communication with diverse client demographics

Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, patience, problem-solving skills, and empathy to handle client interactions effectively

Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, PDFs and basic Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets. Airtable is an advantage

Experience in admin or customer service is helpful but not required

Pay and benefits

$2,200 - $3,500+ a month with additional commissions ( Depending on experience )
