Customer Service/Clinic Associate (Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Jurong,Pioneer, Queenstown) – 10 Opening $3,500 (3 months Bonus include AWS)

Working Hours:

5.5 days per week(transitioning to 5.25 days alternate half Sat after probation) Total42hrs/week

Staggered office hours depending on roster.

Shift Timings:

Earliest opening shifts: 6:30am, 6:45am

Job Description:

· Enhance / educate patient’s in using Healthier SG mobile applications and self-help functions.

· Make a difference to the patients and community through facilitating and planning for programmes.

· Liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.

· Involved in daily clinic operations’ activities

· Help patients navigate through the polyclinic through registration, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing referrals, and handling payments

· Be the first point of contact for patients to answer their general questions, perform initial health screening activities such as height and weight measurements, and administering blood pressure checks, and making outgoing calls to patients to address any urgent requests they have.

· Provide administrative support to the clinic as needed.

Qualifications:

· GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' level or NITEC qualification

· Good communication skills in Mandarin and a local language/dialect

· Good Team player with a passion for service excellence

· Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Able to commit to work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays
