Salary: $2,500 - $3,000/month
Contract: 3 Months Contract to Permanent

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Sunday & Public Holiday: Off

Job Scope:

• Register patients and manage appointments
• Handle cashiering and payment collection
• Attend to patient enquiries and feedback
• Explain treatment procedures before appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care
• Share information on treatment options and clinic services (No sales required)

Requirements:

• Strong customer service exp
• Prior clinic, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
