Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Customer Service specialist. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service and expert furniture advice, ensuring a premium experience. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, handling customer feedback professionally, managing and closing sales and maintaining detailed records of sales and customer interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to address customer needs, support showroom operations, and represent the values and quality of Soul & Tables in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build rapport and address customer inquiries professionally
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes efficiently
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
• Sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively
• Passion for premium furniture and interior design is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in customer service or sales

Requirements

• Office Location is Tiong Bahru/Outram
• Working hours 10am - 7pm
• 5 days working week but must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to start working immediately or within short notice will be an added value
